Palja is Korean astrology (saju) for the people in your life. It reads your Four Pillars chart from the moment you were born and turns it into a daily reading, a full chart, and compatibility with the people around you. The app explains everything as you go; no saju knowledge needed.

Just your birth date. Birth time and place are optional — they sharpen the chart (the hour fills in your fourth pillar), but three pillars is plenty to start. You can add or correct them any time in Settings → Change birth info.

No. Your day master and most of your elemental makeup come from the date alone. If you find your time later (birth certificates usually have it), add it in Settings and your chart recomputes.

Free includes your chart, the daily reading, your Circle, compatibility with friends, and the opening chapters of your readings. Palja Pro unlocks the deep chapters — the long-form readings that go further into your chart and your year.

It depends where you bought it. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple, so cancel there: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by us — cancel from Settings in the app, or email support@palja.com. Either way, cancelling stops renewal and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are a separate thing: see palja.com/refunds.

Yes — add their birthday and Palja reads the pair privately, just for you. Ask them first; it's their birthday. If they join later and you connect, the reading becomes a shared one.

Nobody. Your birth date, time, and place are never shown to anyone — not friends, not your public page, not search engines. People see your chart (your elements and persona), never the inputs. You control your page's visibility in Settings → Privacy & sharing. The full policy: palja.com/privacy.

The reading is ours; language models help with the wording. Your chart is computed by Palja's own saju engine, built from scratch — deterministic math, so your pillars are your pillars. What a reading says comes from interpretation frameworks we authored from traditional saju; a language model phrases the final prose inside those frameworks, behind validators we wrote. Treat readings as reflection, not professional advice (Terms §4).

Open their page and use Block — you disappear from each other completely, and they aren't notified. Use Report on the same page for impersonation, harassment, or spam; our team reviews every report. Manage blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy & sharing.

Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your data — birth details, charts, readings, connections — from our systems. App-store subscriptions aren't cancelled automatically, so cancel those with Apple too.

Public-figure charts are computed from publicly available birth records and are unofficial. If you're the subject of one and want it corrected or removed, email us — we'll handle it promptly.
